that was a disgrace! I hope Argentina humiliates them. We need to get rid off Cruyff’s puppetcoach Van Basten

from the pub window, just an hour or so ago, I saw a guy, in his forties if not fifties, dressed in blue, with Argentina shirt, and dyed blue hair…

But hey, congrats where congrats is due, Argentine is now officially my favorite team to win. :-D

Go go go etc.

I’m actually going for Italy but if they lose then it’s either Argentina or Brazil.

After seeing most of the teams play (some twice) I must say what I thought from the beginning has now become very clear: the total lack of talent and grandeur from the European countries, except one.

I think these are the strongest teams :
Argentina (what a team!)
Brasil
Ecuador
Czechia. But Czechia has the Dutch Desease…play beautiful soccer, return with empty hands.

So I’m pretty sure one of the latin-countries will win this worldcup. Has it ever happened before that a latin country won on European soil? At least not the past 30 years.
