So friends, please help because this is of vital importance:

I am a Korg synth. I was bought in 1984 or 85, so I’m no more recent than that. I could be a couple years old too but around 84 seems likely. I’m polyphonic.

I have a tiny built-in sequencer.

Who am I?

Any tips would be very much appreciated. It is a matter of life and a less fulfilled life.

thanks in adv!

Really? I had a friend who had one of those, but I didn’t know it had a sequencer.

Great, thanks for your help!

Yeah, thanks -
I forwarded the link from Vintage synth explorer and the artist immediately recognised it.

What kind of paint you can use in order to color a synth?

I wonder…

I just used Krylon spray paint for plastic.  I roughed the keys up a bit with a scouring pad and sprayed a few thin coats of plastic primer on before the color.

I don’t play that Poly800 much so the paint is holding up pretty well.
