one in mint condition, just went on ebay for over a 1000 last week.

The best (and probably worst) thing about it is the cardboard laminate keys!!!

And amongst others, the Door and the Window, and Solid Space used this synth.

I saw Whitehouse round about 1992 and of the 2 synths on stage one was a WASP.  Don’t remember the other one.

Ebay gets between $500-$700 on average for a WASP.

Here’s a place that sells a clone kit.  I’ve been tempted but my soldering skills don’t quite cut it.

today it is the kr55b clocking the serge, synced to the pro one sequencer, synced to the sh101 arpeggiator with the sh2 doing random resonance patterns

alas, the only things i own are the kr55b and pro one - the other stuff is on loan/borrowed… it would be really fun to do shows with this set-up… sigh…

If I come to TX to see you guys play you’d better work it out to gig that Serge

Anybody know if that band Node is still playing shows?

I want to see somebody pull off a big modular gig! Somebody besides ELO.

id love to use modular live, but my system still needs some more CV sources ... and i still need a good sequencer…  i remember seeing ezra buchla play one of his fathers modulars at a club in Los Angeles and to see him play the modular live was really fun!

heres a little track of me drumming along with a serge:

http://sethnemec.com/d252627.mp3

serge modular + bananalogue modular + tr505 + yamaha cs30 + “real” drums + a metal pan with water in it + etc etc…

need to come up with some vocals…

seth
