apparently i’m referring to the ATM LP not being available offline, out of ebay, ready to be ordered NOW. where did I say I do not have $40?
I guess I still don’t understand what you are saying. Why can’t you buy it if it is not available offline. You buy stuff on ebay all the time. And you can put in a bid today, and every day.

So, if I don’t want to pay a considerable amount of money for a record that is released in a deliberate small run, I am not a true collector? Good, I am only here for the music.
I would not consider by today’s standards $39.99 a considerable amount of money. That is your internet bill, or cost to fill your car with gas.
Also the small run is deliberately accurate according to demand.
If you are a record collector and you want the All the Madmen record you will buy it and that is that.
I think most of us here buy minimal wave/synth because we firstly like the music, not because we consider these more or less rare records as an investment. From all your replies obscure, you strike me as someone who is only it for the money and status as a “true collector”, not for the music itself…
What Money? I have an amazing amount of great music in my apartment, but my bank account has been empty for the last 13 years. A lot of times I live day to day in terms of eating while I spend all my money on records.
So what money are you talking about? If I wanted money I would obviously sell all my records and keep the money and then use soul seek for music.
I just spent $2200 to have a record released out of my passion for the bands music which I posted earlier is barely going to make any profit at all.
So again what money are you talking about?
What Status? Status according to who. The people on this forum? There is absolutely no status to be had as a record collector or a minimal synth collector in general. The only thing record collecting really says about a person is that they are neurotic, and are a nerd.
The saddest part about that is that 99,999999999999999999999% of the world population have never heard of “minimal synth”, so who are you trying to impress?
I am not trying to impress anyone, because there is no one that cares about my record collection.
It is my passion, and what I enjoy.
Surely not those couple of thousands that do know about “minimal synth”?
I am trying to impress NO ONE!!!!
All I can say about your post is that you are a severely bad judge of character. I have responded to your questions dead on with the truth, and if you can’t understand that then you are mislead.

Provided that you are who you claim…. .....reading this thread, you still feel confident you backed the right horse?
I’m sure he is, because no other label offered in the last 30 years to release the All the Madmen music, and if there is anyone that loves how this record turned out Neale does.
Not feeling a tinsy-winsy bit used by a little boy with a god-complex?
I am 35, and I don’t have a god complex, but you may have an inferiority complex.
