I think everything is working fine. Right now I put up my first posts:
V/A: Signal to Noise Set (classic Australian electropop comp)
Ducks In Formation: Darkness Falls 12” (dark post punk)
Zoo-Z: Skyline/On and On 7” (pure minimal electronics)
Eleven Pond: Bas Relief LP (obscure but classic DIY lo-fi synth/cold/postpunk from New York)
I finally updated this. And I will continue to do so with some more obscure and interesting records. This week I uploaded:
Desert Corbusier: Walked Up and Down the Stairs, Searched the Building All Over 12” EP (great minimal wave/avant garde/goth/post punk/etc. The singer later went on to fame in the electronic duo Arling-Cameron).
Bisca: SDS 1984 (Great post punk with blaring horns and jagged guitars. At its best, this album sounds like Essential logic meets Fire Engines)
Outlook: It Doesn’t Matter/She’s a Star 7” (mysterious and unknown minimal electro/italo in the vein of Carol & Snowy Red and Gary Numan. Great stuff)
Enjoy!
Today I uploaded a couple more records:
Moloko+: Selftitled LP (Private press German darkwave/minimal)
Sad Is Fiction: Zum Wohle Der Menschheit EP (Swiss gloom/goth monster)
This week I added a few more:
The LP “Clutter Without Decay” by Mood School, a great darkwave/synth band from Texas.
The only release from Shadows As Tall As Trees, a 4-song EP of excellent dark synthpop.
And a few weeks ago I also uploaded an EP from a minimal wave band called Juju, and the EP from post punk/goth band Primal Danse.
could you upload a sampler of the weeks auctions? lots of stuff I don’t know, could be interesting to hear it all? Although there is maybe too many records… or take some of the scarcer ones?
Today, I uploaded the LP and EP from Viennese darkwave/minimal/dirge band Astaron. I think quite a few people here would like it, at least those who like darkwave and classic ethereal goth (and bands like Vyllies, Cocteau Twins, and early Danse Society). This was a duo that Angie Morth (aka Angie Modepunk) formed after leaving cult minimal post punk band Viele Bunte Autos.
I’ve posted a few more records in the past few weeks, including:
Pop Songs Factory 7” (Japanese minimal electro/vocoder from 1981)
V/A - 5 Miles to Midnight EP (including John White’s pre-UV Pop outfit I Scream Brothers)
South of No North - Fell Frozen LP (Classic Greek darkwave/goth)
Diseno Corbusier - Perfido Encanto LP (Very rare (limited to 500 copies) first LP from this Spanish avant garde minimal electronic duo. Labelmates of Twilight Ritual!)
It’s been a few weeks since I last updated my blog, so this week I’m sharing at least one album per day. All will be compilations, and all will feature some great minimal wave, post punk, electro, or industrial.
Today is the “84” compilation from Yugoslavia, with the first-ever Borghesia tracks.
Hi, i saw your blog, and i tried to download Bisca SDS 84 with no success.zshare doesn’t work ,when you click that link it always start from the beggining.
It’s really important to me.
Many thanks.
I will eventually re-upload the missing links. There are just so many of them. Ugh :x
I’ve gotten around to uploading more stuff:
Two: Dreaming Spires LP (the only LP from this UK minimal wave/experimental electronic duo)
Rituals Into the Fire: JOurney Through Darkness, Searching for the Sky LP (heavily synth-based US darkwave/goth)
I have finally gotten around to re-uploading a few of my old ripped records. First up are the Juju mLP and both Astaron records!
I also uploaded a few new things, including:
Kindergarten: Interference 12” (Minneapolis dark electronics)
Kindergarten: No 3 EP (Minneapolis synthpop)
Ganslinger Buam (weird Swiss minimal electronic/synthpop/new wave/etc)
Astaron: Das Grauen Aus Dem All tape (Pure minimal gothic goodness… you know you want this one!)
I just re-uploaded the Bisca LP by request. I’ve also posted a few new things since the last time I posted here:
Sky’s Above: Only I 12” (Danish melodic minimal/electropop from 1985)
Evening in Torpor LP (Only release from this minimal electronic college project that featured Natalie Merchant before she formed 10,000 Maniacs…)
Voice of America: I Will Tell 12” (Extremely rare classic new wave/post punk single)
Lung Overcoat: complete discography (their 7”, 12”, a comp track, and a demo - excellent dark melodic, synthy post punk!)
Gregory Jones & Roy Sablosky: No Imagination LP (pure experimental electronics/noise)
