Hex ~ summerbreak party!
Live: Swann Danger (post-punk / indie, USA)
Exactly two years ago Swann Danger was also our guest at Hex, during their first European tour. Very recently the band released a fantastic new album. ‘Deep North’ is much more energetic as the debut record. Still the music is inspirered by the post-punk and new wave sound of the early 80’s. But, the songs are much more powerful and the very evident influences from bands like Siouxsie, X-Mal Deutschland and early Cocteau Twins are not any more dominating the sound. Swann Danger thus plays more then ever original post-punk, indie and shoegazer music.
After the concerts there is as always a Hex afterparty with new wave, minimal, elektro, NDW, batcave and other sounds to dance and listen to.
