Hiya, I’m looking for a similar-minded person to take the second bedroom in a modern 2-bed flat in Dalston, available to move into anytime from early May to early June.
Flat has a south-facing balcony, bathroom (with bath), two good size double bedrooms, living room and a set back (but open plan) kitchen. Rent is £530ish a month each, exclusive of bills.
To share with a philosophy graduate/DJ/communications professional female, non smoker (but there’s a balcony so not a problem if you do), no pets.
(Either that, or I’m looking to move somewhere nearby in early June.)
