I haven’t really used that function much the last year or more, but it seems to have gone, at least I can’t find it.
There used to be a link I think from artist Listing, where you could get the most rated artists, or albums, or a couple more lists, and you could go in and vote too.
For your entertainment, I’ve voted on the top three list here now, so you at least can see the Blaze colour 7” again 
If you click on the albums in the list, you get a link where you can rate them. Since they are the only ones you can find, the only way you can change the list is give these a low rating, then see what pops up from underneath…
