[quote author=“peter_m”]For ex a friend of mine has around 100 copies of the first Kirlian Camera, around 150 copies of Victrola and 250 copies of the Karnak 7’‘....of course it is possible to find some stocks, i dont see any reason against this possibility.

He’s selling them on Ebay as well too but nobody asked him if they r bootlegs…so - this is just a supposition - maybe something different happened here…but as i said, im completely out of this story and i was simply exposing my opinion about the fact to ‘invite’ someone in a forum. With Scientronic it was different, cause i never invited him but i wanted simply to give the possibility to some persons to dont trash money from the window…..cause what he did is clear and sure.

Hope everything will go ok for everybody involved in.

Hi again,

I bought the records you mentioned (Victrola, K.Camera) as well.
I was pretty much excited about that.
And I didn’t care myself, where he got them from..I just wanted the records, no matter what.
Yes, it is and was possible to find these things and stocks, but nowadays everybody has a computer and everybody is checking online (google, yahoo etc) before he/she sells items.

Back in the 80’s there was no google and no price checking. It was just “try and error”. I remember buying a stock of “Flash Zero” cause I thought their covers were way cool. The music sucks and now I can sell them as bargains for 1 Euro.
That can happen as well….

I’m here smart mouth…what’s up? How can I help you???

Tell me something about you…I’m curious, too?

Why do you collect records and not stamps?
What about your collection?
Do you want to offer me something too?

Thank you

whoa whoa whoa!

I wrote that because somebody said “invite him to the forum”, and I think you don’t need to get invited, anyone can join a forum.

If you sell something I want on ebay and nobody bids higher than me, I’ll buy stuff off you, but so far your business seems to have gone fairly well without my input too. I have no problems with your selling stuff on ebay and I realise that the reason these records are so rare, is because people bought all the copies, so if you got 50 colin potter LPs (or was this the compilation?) good on you.

Oh, and don’t call me smartmouth again. This forum is better in the periods when people don’t shout names at each other.

Øystein

LOL

Well, I don’t wanna call anyone any names…it just happened in the moment when I see comments like yours that sounded smart…I guess it is just the way you are.
I can deal with it, was nothing personal at all.

Yes, everybody can join forums, it does not need an “invite”. But I was always here, like “sciencetronic” was here in the very beginning too.
I don’t know what he did with other people and I couldn’t care less.

I don’t put fuel in the fire…I just know that he still owes me some records.
But since I don’t collect anymore, I don’t even care about that one….

I was talking about the compilation “We couldn’t agree on a title…”
I was never sitting on them, I sold them since I got them…
Many records, collectors etc. got them.
Lucky me found another stock and I sold that on eBay…
So far so good, that’s gone too.
For your inquiry about Paul Nova, I’ve post you a message.
When I find the buyers name, I can send you a pm, if you want me to.

I might have Nova’s email somewhere, so you’re welcome to contact him in person, since he’s selling his stock and leftovers as well…
