Yes, I know, its not analog, its not vintage, its not a trophy. What it is, though, is fun. Much more synth that I will ever need (I really don’t need multi-layered timbres or off-time arpeggios), but really easy to program and decent sounding for an analog-modeling synth. Its good enough to wrench sounds out of for live performance without the worry or hassle of oscillator drift and other analog instability. Plus with the $200 rebate (which I am still waiting on) it comes in at just shy of $500.
