Well, I hope that you get the tapes soon, because, in my humble opinion, it’s the best stuff our friend Sean ever released.

I asked the guy on 18th september and he answered that my package will be on the way “the next day”...
Another 14 days later nothing arrived here - normally I got everything within 5-7 days from US…

I think its too late to open a claim on paypal, the month passed away so that’s usless.
That’s very not polite what does this label..sorry but customers should not be treated as a shit, on this way… :/

I got mine today and I’m impressed. Too bad the wait was so long but remember there was a disclaimer before you get too up in arms.. I could have done without the stripper playing card tho..

Grey from Chondritic Sound here. Apologies to anyone who has still not received their package, all have been shipped some time ago. There were some personal issues preventing me from shipping the packages as soon as I had hoped and I apologize that everyone has been anxiously awaiting this release. I had and still have no intention of slighting anyone or taking their money without receipt of package. To the person who received the regular edition instead of the special edition, I assume you have already contacted me and your replacement has been shipped. Anyone who has yet to receive their parcel and doesn’t see it in the next few days, please get in contact at the same e-mail address and we’ll make sure to get you out another one.

For those who didn’t get a response to e-mail I apologize, I have attempted to reply to all those who have e-mailed. Again, shoot me e-mail at the above address if there are still issues to discuss.  I do not have internet at home now, so please allow a day or two for response time as I am checking e-mail at work when I have time.

There are no copies of the deluxe edition box set available from me. Also, the edition size was increased after the initial 63 sold out (and with it the work and material necessary) quite simply to ensure that people outside of our usual customers could get this item as I know Martial Canterel’s music is very important to those who unfortunately have little to no interest in the music we generally release.

Again, everyone who has ordered something will receive it and should hopefully find it arriving soon if not already. As stated previously, EVERY order for this item has been sent some time ago so any delays and issues now are in the hands of the post office, but of course we will be responsible for those not receiving the item and will send a replacement (even if it means losing my personal copy).

This should in no way reflect on Martial Canterel or his music as the delays and issues were all mine and I have no interest or intention of dragging his name through the same mud as mine on this issue.

Thank you for your time and patience. I do hope that when you do receive the item you find it enjoyable and somewhat worth the wait.

For all who have emailed with your questions yes we will have a limited edition CDr version of Martial Canterel’s recent release ‘Cruelty Reigns Through Ages’ 2 x cassette on Chondritic Sound available for sale on this tour on Xanten Records.  The CDr version will have a slightly different tracklist from the original cassette release.  And yes of course all other label and distro releases will be available as well, see you in the frozen cold fog of the WIERD, VRp.
