I heard there’s a new houselabel and they released a classic from Z Factor. Does anyone has more information?

Does anybody else get this message when ordering?

Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address.

I’ve tried every combination of billing/shipping address I can think of and still I get the message, and I have no idea what to do. I don’t even see where to contact cititrax. Am I just blind? Dumb? Have I lost my internet savvy-ness?
