This comp is released next to the “jeunes gens modernes” exhibition organised by AGNES B in Paris (The exhibition takes place at Galerie du jour (rue quincampoix) until 17th may).

This comp explore the french vaults of french post punk, electro pop and french no wave.

I heard that not only my vinylcopy is fucked up, ... could this be true?
Listening to the fantastic track by MATHEMATIQUES MODERNES is pure scratched horror ( though the vinyl looks good! Someone has to talk to that pressingplant! ), ... damn! Any one else here recognized that problem?  :cry:

I did not notice this… I will check but I believe it is perfect here…

The MAthematique Modernes tracks was unissued till now….and he’s great.

A friend and me are owning copies of this compi and on both you can hear for many times a scratching “pop, pop, pop, pop, etc.” - noise on that track.

i would like to know which version of ‘Ice - La grande guerre’ was taken for this compilation, the one from their 12’’ or from the VA - Paris Mix?

Ok, the pop-pop-pop comes from the band himself we used..the source for this track was not very good…sorry for that but the band was in a wet cellar for 30 years…

Regarding ICE track, it’s the version on PARIS Mix Comp…This version is really better.

No, no. no, ... it was really a pressing mistake. Thank god my “dealer” had another copy for me, which plays fine.
