And so I’ll remember you,
I’ll remember the days and the thousands of ways you pulled me through,
And dream of all the things you’ve seen,
Of all the faces and all of the places you have been

8O
tell me more!

Famlende Forsok - Viser (K7) released on SHIT. It’s SHIT 010.  15 track cassette.  I was listening to “Neon Morke.”
The bottom of the front cover reads: En Overraskende Mate Hvorpa Man Kankaste En Person Over Ende. I have two other Famlende K7s and a small booklet as well.  One is called Herring Tales released on Sound of Pig.  The other is called Deka Danse - SHIT 009 - which is a collab/split with Headcleaners. I believe that, if my Norsk serves, that the Reel -to -reel Kopiert av Colin Potter. The booklet I have is titled “Famlende Forsok - Dove Munker Ut Av Norsk Industru”  It contains lyrics and silkscreened graphics and B&w photo repros…a truly amazing artsit book if there ever was one.
hope this helps

Yeah, thanks for the info. I got confused because “VISER” in Norwegian is both a noun - “songs” - and a verb - “present” or more literally “show”.

“Famlende Forsøk show us a surprising means by which one can throw a man down” or so - it’s kind of mock-archaic in Norwegian as well.

The booklet came with their “Døve Munker Ut Av Norsk Industri” cassette, which btw contains some tracks to mach even “En Overraskende Måte…” in quality.

Funny coincidence, you mention these guys here now, I don’t think they’ve been discussed on this forum ever before, but I saw the vocalist BRT give a performance for a bewildered audience just last weekend!

FF rules.

‘Rising from the Red Sand’ cassette Vol. I, second ed. on RRRecords, one of the many labels along with Sound of Pig et. al much more should be said about here as the die-hard beginnings of early DIY American synth.  If anyone’s interested in this huge but unfortunately often overlooked world here are a few of the most important and dignified early US cassette culture sorces which are all alive and well, and still sell orig. copies of many of their early releases:
