Hi!

I was reading this post:

I have never before heard about “Mister president’s Breakfast”(a Single - with 7 A nou, primus box, 701 triangles) from Belgium.
But I like what I was reading in the description.
One track is supposed to sounds like early Absolute Body Control!
Absolute Body Control is one of my absolute favorites (especially the early songs).
I am very curious about this single and the bands.
I have search for information but cant find anything, I only found playlists from radioshows that have been played 7 A nou,
unfortunately I missed this shows:(
Whitch band sounds as Absolute Body Control?
Is it possible to get a sound sample?

I am quite sure that some of you have information about this release!

I have this one too (but not for sale).   But I have to re-listen to it to know what it sounds like.  It’s Belgian, that’s for sure and I remember the poor production of the tracks, so it will appeal to a lot of people here. :wink:

I have this single (Mister president’s Breakfast) and it’s a really killer early belgian synth !!! but it sounds me early Neon Judgement not ABC.

they’re mostly all tracks killers at all!

Early Neon Judgement is one of my favorites too.

I’ve listened to this record yesterday.  If you ask me, the comparison with ABC is totally fault, even the comparison with early Neon Judgement is, in my opinion, not correct. 
4 different bands on it of which one could appeal to minimal synth lovers but even then, early Neon Judgment is far more interesting than this cheap copycat.  2 other tracks are general new wave with electronic background (nice but nothing special).  The 4th track will appeal to early Cure-lovers, here with female voice.
Honestly, if I wasn’t a Belgian wave collector and I would find this record in a shop, I wouldn’t give more than 10$ for it.

I love 7 A Nou…

Nice try but no cigar. :D (But the moment that I want to get rid of all my Belgian stuff and start to collect grunge from Nigeria instead, I will let you know. 8)  :wink: )

Maybe not Absolute body control or Neon judgement, but I liked it anyway.
