Minimal Wave Records

A friend told me about a quite rare mystery band he had found many years ago(now he has sold it), a real gemm he said, with no name. Instead they had 3 arrows, each in different movements.
He also told me that some people reffered to them as “asphyxiation” that was the tiltle of one of their releases(if not the only one).
Does any body have any info/ tracks, or knows were I could find it? :?:
