Xeno and Oaklander record release show for sure! They’re also playing at Public Assembly on the 14th but that’s more of a festival-type show.
Shivers is recommended too.
Also on Friday the 14th is the Red Party at 200 Orchard St, if you like post punk and deathrock.

I have the same question, but I will be in NYC a week earlier. October 5th to the 10th. I know of Soft Moon playing at Weird on Wednesday. Is there anything else going on during that time?
