What’s happening ? Paul Nova himself on Discogs selling his copies for a lot of money and at the same time someone form Spain who’s selling off his 7inches for relative low prices.
Is there a re-release forseen of which I’m not informed yet ?

No one ?
Or are the “serious collectors” here afraid about the market value of their original records ? “cheesy grin”

well that’s one thing that’s already happened, certainly… the LP sold for $900 at least twice, now it sells for $300… the famous boys single too has dropped way below dear Paul’s expectations. Personally, I hope he gives up and sells them for $20, the music is great and deserves an audience beyond the diehards.

I’d love to hear some demos or outtakes, but I’m fine with the sound of the original and don’t need it remastered. OTOH the mix of electronic tracks and more guitar based ones seems to fall in with the current trend in reissues? Maybe it’d be a hit, who knows.

Paul Nova missed the boat by about 6 or 7 years.

I’ll put this out there for all the other old band members that want to make money

from their old records.

There is basically only one rule and that is:

“Don’t tell anyone you were in the band”.

I would think a more important rule is

“Don’t ever tell anyone that you have more than one copy”?

If you say you were in the band that alone says you have more than one copy.

Especially when your record is very rare due to probably terrible sales a la all the

Paul Nova records.
