Minimal Wave Records

Has anyone seen this? It’s about half an hour long, very slow-moving, mostly sepia-toned shots of a woman in a leotard wearing a eagle/swastika insignia along with slowed-down/rescanned archival footage (people running down a street? Not sure what it is). I have no idea what to make of it.

Okay - I read that the members of the group are fans of Rene Guenon, which would well explain the more “neo-folk” and Ur-Fascistic elements that seem to be in the work. I am not quite sure how to read the appearance of what seems to be a Nazi (political/temporal fascist) insignia in the film, but have at least some context with which to understand where the group is coming from.
