Minimal Wave Records

I’d like to mention a new website about minimal electronics, synth wave, synthpop, cold wave, new wave, electro, cosmic, analogue and and late 70’s & ‘80’s music

Our main goal with this website is to make people enthusiastic about these (forgotten) genres in music. But you need more to achieve that goal, therefore we gonna host our own parties in the Netherlands soon. Next to the music we also want to inform you about everything what’s related to the music, things like art, movies and fashion you will also find on this page soon.

For now there is a new podcast online and some new releases you definitely must check out!

I had a quick look at it and I hope it is gong to have more character of it’s own.
What I saw now is mostly a mimmick of sites I already know.
I would say as an example that a site like this site Minimal Wave is a strong character. It is original and isn’t a copy of something else so very good in my eyes !
I hate it when others try to go in that slipstream of succes with an uninteresting copy or “based on” thing.
Just a remark.

Thnx for the advise.. but we already working on that There will be some nice articles posted soon, so keep an eye out on the website! Don’t forget we’ve just started

Great to read this interview. Should’ve ordered their disc from Genetic eight years ago when they still had copies. Anyone hear of plans for reissuing that?

From now on i’m not going to post any updates in this tread anymore.. you all should just check out the new website and return sometimes
