I’m saying for a long time I will make also a compilation, and this time it will really happen. With songs from Belgian bands that were only released on tape before.

The guy from Onderstroom contacted me to get ideas/info of Belgian minimal cold wave bands that released only stuff on 7inch. Curious….

On itself that shouldn’t be to difficult
Be seriously, probably nothing I heard before. (I am no expert)

I think there is an objective way to judge what is really essential and what not… but I am not going into that discussion here… just wanted to point it out… that is all…
Well, how can there be an objective way of judging what is essential when the subject we’re talking about is something as sujective as music?
I think it is safe to say a release is essential to the person who’s making it, as otherwise they wouldn’t be doing it, but right after that it starts to get rather subjective…
really I am not into another discussion… but you are wrong sorry… some music was not released before (on vinyl or whatever) because it was not worth it back then and still not now…
I am not talking on romantic feeling here from lovers of a specific genre… I am talking on another level here… so yes there is an objective way to say this is relevant and that is not (but maybe still has some charm for some people)...
