[quote author=“peter_m”]For ex a friend of mine has around 100 copies of the first Kirlian Camera, around 150 copies of Victrola and 250 copies of the Karnak 7’‘....of course it is possible to find some stocks, i dont see any reason against this possibility.
He’s selling them on Ebay as well too but nobody asked him if they r bootlegs…so - this is just a supposition - maybe something different happened here…but as i said, im completely out of this story and i was simply exposing my opinion about the fact to ‘invite’ someone in a forum. With Scientronic it was different, cause i never invited him but i wanted simply to give the possibility to some persons to dont trash money from the window…..cause what he did is clear and sure.
Hope everything will go ok for everybody involved in.
Hi again,
I bought the records you mentioned (Victrola, K.Camera) as well.
I was pretty much excited about that.
And I didn’t care myself, where he got them from..I just wanted the records, no matter what.
Yes, it is and was possible to find these things and stocks, but nowadays everybody has a computer and everybody is checking online (google, yahoo etc) before he/she sells items.
Back in the 80’s there was no google and no price checking. It was just “try and error”. I remember buying a stock of “Flash Zero” cause I thought their covers were way cool. The music sucks and now I can sell them as bargains for 1 Euro.
That can happen as well….
