Wickkeddolly on ebay
Hi,
like to see that there is a big talk going on about several auctions.
To clearify: Nothing to do with sciencetronic, more with people like Joerg Opitz, Jens Gebauer and other serious buyer.
Yes, even these guys bought some of the records sold recently on Ebay or whereever.
I know jealousy is a Motherf**** and sure the hell I understand some of these rumours.
“Why is there a stock of the rarest and most obscure records always online?”
Why?
Because I can!
For ALL of you some notes:
Had over 45 copies of League of Nations
30 Copies of Ceramic hello
25 copies of Transparent Illusion 7”
5 Copies of the Album (T.Illusion)
60 copies of Stranger Still (all unplayed)
12 copies of Kabinette
and plenty copies of all the John Bender goodies
IS THAT UNDERSTOOD???
During all you guys were still sucking at mom’s boobs, I was collecting records, nearly 25 years. Instead of going on holidays, I was in the nastiest record stores worldwide and was discovering the music that everybody loves so much in this forum.
At that time, people were judgemental too. When I met Colin Potter (We couldn’t agree on a title etc.), he said: “You are crazy, why do you buy 50 copies of my record? They’re wot worth a penny…” But I did…and 18 years later people buy that record.
I met a lot of people during my work as Radio DJ, lots of musicians and a lot of weirdos.
The last ones are the reason WHY I get rid of this stuff.
To many people that think they can judge and discuss other people’s business.
Keep the opinion to yourself.
Some people have nothing better to do than talking about other people…why not getting a real life???
Are you in the music or in rumors?
I can tell lots of stories about other people, but I keep my mouth shut.
I think that is the right thing to do.
Coming back to sales: ALL this and some other reasons show me:
It is the right thing to do. Selling the stuff and never looking back.
Gone is gone, some ones “trash” the some one else’s “treasure”.
What’s left is: I had it all…
Does it make you happy?
NO!!! You might find a certain pleasure until you hunt for the next record.
You will NEVER complete your collection, that is for sure. No matter how hard you try.
Good evening to all of you,
-wickeddolly-
