Hello

I’m Marco, born in ‘85 and live in Belgium.

Some of my favorite artists :

-Trisomie 21
-Neon
-Martin Dupont
-Clair Obscur
-Opéra de Nuit
-Plastique noir
-Frozen Autumn
-November Novelet
-Old Kirlian Camera (81’-88’)
-Absolute Body control
-Front 242
-Vomito Negro
-The Klinik
-Das Kabinette
-Linear Movement
-Martial Canterel
-Xeno and Oaklander
-Sleep Museum
-Twilight Ritual
-Echo West/Silent Signals
-Television Set
-Beta Evers
-High Marks
-Atmosphere 0
..

And many more.. as you can see mostly newer Minimal synth artists, but always looking for the most wanted original classics in this genre.

Ciao!

Hi, my name is Thomas. Very close to 32yo, living in Sweden. I mostly listen to punk/post punk/industrial, but i certainly appreciate a lot of minimal electronics/synth pop and similar too. Casual record collector, tape label proprietor (at least for a month or two more…), musician and graphic designer. I’ve never been a big forum poster, I mostly lurk, but in case I do feel like posting, now you know the basics about me at least

Hey everyone.

I’m Carla, 27, an American living and working in Berlin for the last three years.

I’m always looking for great new minimal wave-related events in the city or the possibility of finding a partner/place to spin (there are just not enough bars in the world, playing fabulous minimal wave). As well, I am always in the mood for new music recommendations. You know, albums that fit so well with the grey skies we are currently experiencing here in the city. Hit me up on here or on my last.fm page: http://www.lastfm.de/user/imperial_index

I’ve been digging into this world for about ten years, and am glad that there is such a diverse world to music so everyday you may hear an exciting new sound that you were searching for. Iam gratefull for this site, and all of those who made/make the music, and who help bring that which was forgotten into the light 8O

Hello, I am Keith.

I’m 28….An attorney in Boston, and live about 2 miles outside of the city.  I started really getting into music and collecting when I was about 13.  Most of my early years were spent listening to death/black metal, but my horizons expanded more over the years.  I probably really started getting into electronic music about 7 or 8 years ago.  Though I am a child of the 80’s, I was truly just a child (born in 1981), so I never got to experience a lot of the great synth/wave acts that I have found out about over the recent years.  This site has a lot of great info on it, and I hope I can contribute.

....and I have an obsession with cassettes.

Hello, I’m Doug.  I am old.  I live in the middle of Canada where nothing much happens.  Software developer by day, synth-nerd all the time.

Musically I’m all over the map, as long as the map has some analog synths on it.  I accquired my first analog synth (CS-15) around 1993, and my obsession with synths and synth-heavy music has continued ever since.

Needless to say, finding this label/site has made me very, very happy.
