Right now I couldn’t live without my Korg Mono/Poly and my Boss Dr-55.  Mix in the CSQ-600, and it’s a match made in heaven.

From my gear my favorites are:
Roland CR78 Drum machine,
Yamaha CSO1 little analogue synth I wrote most of my early songs,
KORG M500 micro-preset,
KORG MS20 and MS10,
ROLAND SH101,
ROLAND Drumatix TR606 and BOSS Dr.Rhythm (my first drumachines I wrote my first tracks together with the yamaha synth and a synsonics when we played live!).

Those are in my heart! Later many other synths I got. Thankfully those I still have and still work perfectly!

the CSQs are really effective.  I’ve stopped using MIDI to CV since I started using them.  CV to MIDI on the other hand…

I 2nd the korg monopoly. Amazing synth. Also really like my ensoniq sq80 to break up the usual 100% analogness with some waveform synthesis…Drum machines? KR55 for instant goodness but I’m trying to steer away from it because it’s becoming easily recognizable and used a lot….

I’ve owned a Korg Poly800II for 20+ years and will never get rid of it.
My Crumar DS-1 is the synth I have the most fun with.
I sold my DDD-1 drum machine a year ago because none of the buttons worked anymore.  Now I just use samples (I know, horror of horrors!)

The microkorg is nice once you know your way around it.

The Yamaha TG33 can be very interesting with its vector joystick.

Finally though, I love the Casio CZ-3000. Very asthmatic unique sound.

Been playing a lot recently with Alissa 1377 + Roland TR 707.
Classic use is Korg MS 10 + Korg DDD 1.

My favourite synths presently are the Shruthi and Gotharman DeMoon synths… weird PPGesque, grainy digital sounds… very tempted to put in an order!
